We are seeking to recruit an Architectural Technologist to join our Manchester team.

Skills + Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying or Architectural practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The Role

The role will primarily involve creating plans using computer aided design software, preparing applications for approval by regulatory bodies, developing specifications for construction work and providing advice on technical matters.

Role Requirements

Relevant degree and professional membership (ACIAT/MCIAT).

Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of current Building and Planning regulations is required to deliver excellent client care.
